But we still value your opinion! We take the tiny amount of complaints that we do receive and try to use them to help us maintain our high standard of service.

We have decided to start a new era of open, honest services for all our clients, and we feel that the Global Visas Comlaints page is the most transparent and public way to go about it.

The Global Visas Complaints department asks every one of our clients to complete a voluntary feedback form. Of all the feedback we have collected over the years, 96 per cent of respondents say they would use our services again or refer a friend to our immigration service.
